Job summary

Midnight Oil is seeking a Kitting & Assembly General Worker in Illinois to assemble finished products and support line flow. You will work under Leads, Supervisors and Managers to meet quality and delivery requirements while adhering to company policies.

The role requires forklift certification and a high school diploma or equivalent, with physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs and work on site during the 7:30 am–4:00 pm shift. Training and safety are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification is required.
• Technical and interpersonal skills are helpful but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and complete kitting/assembly tasks.
• Assist Line Leads to supervise lines and manage work assignments.
• Keep lines moving efficiently while maintaining quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of work area.
