Job summary

RRD Company is seeking a second-shift warehouse associate responsible for assembling documents and materials into complete kits. You will prep boxes, stock the area, gather materials, and organize the workspace following detailed packing procedures to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment.

The role requires reading specifications, basic math, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds. You may train others on new processes and lean methods while supporting inventory control and shipping operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior warehouse or kitting experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret job specifications and identify correct parts.
• Basic communication skills (written and/or verbal).
• Able to stock, move, arrange, and rotate items per instructions or supervision.
• Able to lift up to 60 pounds frequently.
• Willing to flex schedule including overtime or different shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assemble documents/materials into completed kits.
• Perform pre-assembly duties: prep boxes, stock area, gather materials, organize workspace.
• Follow procedures to perform routine packing and collate materials.
• Pack and ship printed materials or related items per customer specs.
• Count and sort inventory as required.
• Prepare shipments of customer samples if needed.
• Train others in new processes and lean methodologies.
• Other duties as assigned.
