Job summary

Omada International - OKC Division is seeking a Kitter/Inventory Specialist to support aerospace manufacturing operations in Oklahoma City. You will issue and track parts, perform daily cycle counts, and conduct inspections to uphold Quality Assurance standards.

You will collaborate with production, assembly, and quality control teams to ensure timely availability of materials and accurate inventory records, while adhering to safety and ERP documentation requirements.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Great organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Issue detailed parts, hardware, shelf life, and consumables per job traveler.
• Pre-kit subassembly jobs and other jobs when released.
• Communicate cross-departmentally on the status of jobs.
• Conduct daily cycle counts.
• Manage shelf-life materials by recording critical information into our ERP system.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory.
• Perform inspection functions and stamp issuance from Quality Assurance.
• Adhere to all Quality Management System procedures and instructions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work environment while observing safety rules.
