Job summary

Omada International in Oklahoma City is seeking a detail‑oriented Kitter to support aerospace manufacturing operations by issuing parts, tracking inventory, and performing inspection functions within a Quality Assurance framework.

You’ll collaborate with production, assembly, and QA teams, conduct daily cycle counts, maintain ERP records, and adhere to ITAR requirements while growing skills toward program management and quality assurance roles.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field; education or internships considered.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the aerospace environment.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and work around machinery as needed.

Responsibilities

• Issue detailed parts, hardware, shelf life, and consumables per job traveler.
• Pre-kit subassembly jobs and other jobs when released.
• Communicate cross-departmentally on job status.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and manage shelf-life materials in ERP.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory records.
• Perform inspection functions and stamp issuance from QA.
• Adhere to Quality Management System procedures and instructions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work environment per safety rules.

We are seeking a Kitter to support our manufacturing operations by issuing and tracking parts, conducting daily cycle counts, and performing inspection functions to support our Quality Assurance standards.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll work closely with production, assembly, and quality control teams to support daily manufacturing needs.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Issue detailed parts, hardware, shelf life, and consumables per job traveler
• Pre-kit subassembly jobs and other jobs when released
• Communicate cross-departmentally on the status of jobs
• Conduct daily cycle counts
• Manage shelf-life materials by recording critical information into our ERP system
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory
• Perform inspection functions and stamp issuance from Quality Assurance
• Adhere to all Quality Management System procedures and instructions
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work environment while observing all applicable safety rules and regulations

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field (education, technical training, or internships will be considered).
• High School degree
• Strong attention to detail
• Great organization skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow

Work Environment And Physical Requirements
