Job Overview

Our state-of-the-art Kitchens department in La Crosse, WI, produces over 40 food products for approximately 800+ retail stores. We offer a variety of products including soups, salads, sandwiches, Pothole Pizzas, Take Home Meals, and fresh produce, all prepared daily by our Kitchens team.

Position Details

As a Warehouse Material Handler, you will be trained to accurately select and load products for shipment to retail stores. Responsibilities include:

  1. Updating inventory using MES software
  2. Storing received goods using forklifts
  3. Managing FEFO (First Expired First Out) procedures
  4. Using handheld scanners for shipping
  5. Delivering products to production lines with forklifts/pallet jacks
  6. Maintaining warehouse cleanliness
  7. Conducting inventory cycle counts
Work Schedule

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 4:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Qualifications

  • Work up to 10+ hours

Prior experience with material handling or forklifts is a plus but not required. Physical requirements include lifting up to 60 pounds, working in varying temperatures, and physical movements like bending and twisting.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Starting pay: $19.50/hr
  • Weekend Premium Pay: +$3.00/hr (Friday 7:30 pm to Monday 5:00 am)
  • Year-end profit-sharing bonus (40%)
