Location: Department 849

Pay Range: $22.07 to $33.11

Shift: Afternoon/Evenings

Actual pay will be based on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and competencies. Kwik Trip offers bonuses ranging from 8-12% of gross annual wages, based on company profitability, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

Kwik Trip, Inc. has an opportunity for an Assistant Production Supervisor. This person will lead and manage coworkers in the Kwik Trip Kitchens Plant (Salad Line) to ensure quality, safety, sanitation, and productivity standards are met. Responsibilities include:

  • Coaching, training, and confirming safety programs and policies to meet or exceed OSHA standards
  • Monitoring quality assurance and sanitation requirements
  • Coordinating labor to match production requirements
  • Using our Manufacturing Execution System for documentation
  • Attending and leading daily improvement meetings
  • Creating and updating standard work and performing job instruction and problem solving
  • Using Job Instruction and Digital Standard Work platforms for coaching and training

Qualifications include attention to detail, adherence to sanitation standards, basic math skills, safety consciousness, leadership ability, strong communication skills, multitasking, and a desire to succeed. Traits aligning with Kwik Trip's core values are essential.

Physical requirements involve repetitive movements, standing/walking for up to 10 hours, pushing/pulling up to 30 pounds, lifting up to 40 pounds, and working in temperatures of 35-80°F.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Flexibility to change schedule if necessary is required.
