Job summary

Aquarius Gaming, LLC is seeking a Utility Cleaner to support culinary operations in a fast-paced casino environment. You will perform deep cleaning of kitchen equipment, including stoves, ovens, floors, grills, and assist with high-dusting in beverage areas, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation to safeguard guests and staff.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant experience preferred; STA Kitchen Worker certification preferred.
• Knowledge of proper stove and equipment cleaning techniques preferred.
• Familiarity with handling industrial cleaning agents and chemicals.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
