• Ability to stand for 8 hours
• Willing and able to work odd or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required
• Must have a Gaming License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) as a requirement for this position
• Must have willingness and ability to work in a smoke/secondary smoke environment

• Prepares all food and beverage areas
• Cleans walls, floors and ceilings
• Cleans and organizes all storage areas including the main freezer, cooler and dry storage
• Assists in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in all food and beverage areas
• Follows all safety guidelines and organizational policies
• Knowledgeable of the MSDS book
• May assist with receiving orders
• Ensures that all trash cans are changed on a regular basis
• All other duties as needed
