Job summary

The Fox Studio Lot in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Pot Washer to join our kitchen team. You will wash, sanitize, and stock dishes, pots, pans, and utensils and support Front and Back of House operations. The role requires physical work, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and flexibility to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glassware, utensils, and other kitchen equipment per instructions.
• Clean the kitchen floors and work areas and maintain overall cleanliness and organization.
• Sweep and mop floors; clean spills promptly.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and proper operation; manage trash and recycling.
• Support Front and Back of House by ensuring wares and equipment are ready and sanitary.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by the Outlet Chef.
• Adhere to State and Local Health Department rules and regulations.
