Job summary

Eci-Management in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a reliable Kitchen Utility Worker to support daily restaurant operations. You will wash dishes, keep work areas clean, stock supplies, and assist with basic food preparation in a fast-paced kitchen.

This role requires a positive attitude, teamwork, and the ability to stand for long periods; no prior kitchen experience is required, but food service experience is a plus. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9am to 5pm; on-site position.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Keep the kitchen, dish area, and workstations clean and organized
• Sweep, mop, and maintain clean floors throughout the kitchen
• Empty trash and properly dispose of waste
• Clean and sanitize food preparation and service areas
• Stock supplies and assist with putting away deliveries
• Help cooks and other team members with basic food preparation as needed
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment
• Assist with opening and closing cleaning duties
• Work as part of the team to keep daily food service operations running efficiently
