Qualifications

• Understanding of basic sanitation procedures.
• Ability to follow basic safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals.
• Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dishwashing station and sanitation of dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, and kitchen utensils.
• Keep dishwashing station, three-compartment sink, and related areas clean.
• Ensure equipment is clean and in working condition; report issues to management.
• Perform other light maintenance and custodial tasks.
• Maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude toward guests, customers, and co-workers.
