Qualifications

• Understanding of basic sanitation procedures.
• Able to follow basic safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals.
• Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment and related areas.
• Keep dishwashing station and three-compartment sink clean and organized.
• Ensure equipment is clean and in working condition; report issues to management.
• Perform other light maintenance and custodial tasks.
• Maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude toward guests and coworkers.
• Adhere to safety policies and sanitation procedures and protect company assets.
