Minimum Requirements

• High School education or equivalent
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation
• Knowledge of safe food-handling practices
• Effective communication skills in English
• Ability and willingness to follow standards and procedures, accept training, and work as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Help serve meals and clear/wash dishes following Holiday procedures
• Prepare, wash, and store dishes; clean dishwashing and dining areas; complete dishwasher logs
• Assist in setting up serving carts, preparing water carafes, serving meals, and delivering trays
• Assist with food preparation and support kitchen operations
• Help with deliveries, set tables, and perform other duties as assigned
