Job summary

Aramark in Mobile, AL is seeking a General Utility Worker to help keep dishes, pots, pans and kitchen equipment clean and sanitized. You’ll be part of a service team supporting food operations and contributing to a safe, organized work environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining the dishwashing area and equipment, reporting any issues to management, and performing light maintenance and custodial tasks.

Qualifications

• Understands basic sanitation procedures.
• Able to follow basic safety procedures guarding against chemicals.
• Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils to be cleaned and sanitized.
• Maintain dishwashing station, three compartment sink and related areas cleaned.
• Ensure equipment is clean and in working condition; report any issues to management.
• Perform other light maintenance and custodial tasks.
• Maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
