Qualifications

• Understanding of basic sanitation procedures.
• Must follow basic safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals.
• Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glassware and kitchen utensils, keeping them clean and sanitized.
• Keep the dishwashing station, three-compartment sink and related areas clean.
• Ensure equipment is clean and in working condition; report issues to management.
• Perform other light maintenance and custodial tasks as needed.
• Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward guests and coworkers.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation.
• Protect company assets and secure premises.
