Responsibilities

• Operate the dish machine and manage soiled dishes and service wares.
• Wash pots, pans, and kitchen tools; support cooks as assigned.
• Store clean and sanitized service wares in designated areas.
• Clean, sanitize, and organize the dishwashing/utility area and equipment.
• Maintain floors: sweep, mop, and deep clean as needed.
• Remove trash and recyclables to disposal areas.
• Restock utility and sanitation supplies (chemicals, gloves, paper goods).
• Assist with basic food service support (stocking, room service trays, desserts).
• Support other dining areas and programs as assigned.
• Follow sanitation and safety practices; present a professional appearance.
• Attend in-services and trainings; perform other duties as assigned.
