Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a high school education.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes and pots in kitchen and dining areas.
• Assist in ordering and storing food and non-food items.
• Set up and maintain the dishwashing area and sanitation routines.
• Distribute and store clean pots, dishes and utensils.
• Sanitize production equipment and kitchen surfaces according to schedules.
• Assist in food preparation as directed by supervisor.
• Report equipment malfunctions to the Director of Food and Beverage.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
