Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, trays, and cooking supplies using proper sanitation procedures.
• Pull trash from trash receptacles and replace bags.
• Clean floors and wipe counters to maintain clean and sanitary areas.
• Fill condiments and supplies; stock as needed.
• Load/unload inventory from trucks; restock storeroom.
• Maintain kitchen, serving, and dining areas in orderly condition.
