Job summary

Hawkers Asian Street Food is seeking a Utility Cook to support the kitchen team with dishwashing, sanitation, organization and basic food preparation. This role helps maintain kitchen flow, food safety, and operational readiness across all service periods while contributing to efficient prep and clean stations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Food Handlers Certification required or willing to obtain.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Understanding of OSHA and HACCP compliance standards.
• Previous kitchen, dishwashing, or food preparation experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support kitchen team through dishwashing, sanitation, and organization.
• Assist with basic food preparation as needed.
