Responsibilities

• Scrapes and pre-rinses dirty dishes and loads them into the dishwashing machine.
• Washes pots, pans and trays by hand and/or machine.
• Completes all assigned prep work.
• Removes trash to dumpster area.
• Cleans work areas, tables, walls, equipment and floors.
• Cleans garbage cans and receptacles.
• Assembles and maintains dishwashing machine.
• Transports cases up to 50 lbs up to 20 times daily.
• Places dishes and utensils on high or low shelves.
• Primarily indoors with some outdoor work.
• Works in hot, damp environments.
• Responds to emergencies to ensure safety.
