Responsibilities

• Provides assignments and assistance to team members.
• Demonstrates proper use of personal protective equipment in all aspects of job performance.
• Relieves shift supervisor in times of absence.
• Adjusts or covers schedules during short-staffing periods.
• Ensures team members maintain set standards via quality assurance surveys.
• Monitors and reports equipment issues or shortages.
• Conducts customer and patient surveys.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or director.
• Interacts with patients/customers appropriately respecting age-based competencies.
