Responsibilities

• Delivers quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Provide assignments and assistance to team members.
• Demonstrate proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Relieve shift supervisor in times of absence.
• Adjust or cover schedules as needed during short staffing.
• Ensure team members maintain set quality standards.
• Monitor and report equipment issues or shortages.
• Conduct customer/patient surveys.
• Interact with customers/patients appropriately across ages.
