Job summary

Full House Resorts, Inc. is seeking a kitchen utility team member to support general kitchen cleanliness, dishwashing, and proper handling of food products. The role involves assisting with receiving, replenishing dishes, and maintaining equipment in a fast-paced gaming environment.

Experience is not required; all training will be provided. The position requires compliance with uniform standards and Indiana labor regulations for minors where applicable.

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• Chemical handling as per company video.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others.
• Understands and complies with all company and departmental rules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general kitchen and back-of-house cleanliness.
• Dishwashing and pot washing.
• Front-to-back floor sanitation.
• Clean and return kitchen equipment to proper places.
• Follow directions from lead kitchen staff at all times.
• Transport food between ship and shore as needed.
• Assist receiving with putting food away.
• Support buffet attendants and servers with replenishing dishes and silverware.
• Wear approved uniform, badge and gaming badge as required.
• If a Team Member is a minor, adhere to Indiana labor laws.

Essential Job Functions

• General kitchen, back of house cleanliness, removes all garbage and boxes
• dishwashing/Pot washing
• Floor sanitation
• Cleaning maintenance on all kitchen equipment and returns to proper place
• Follows direction of lead kitchen utility/executive kitchen steward at all times
• Transports food from ship to shore and vice versa
• Assists receiving in putting food products away
• Assists buffet attendants and servers in replenishing clean dishes and silverware
• Wears appropriate uniform - white shirt & pants, apron, GVC ball cap or hair net, slip resistant shoes, name badge, and gaming badge
• If Team Member is a minor, must adhere to all Indiana Labor Laws
