Job summary

Full House Resorts, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Utility / General Utility member to support back-of-house cleanliness, dishwashing, and equipment maintenance. You will transport food as needed and assist receiving with stocking, under the supervision of lead kitchen staff.

The role emphasizes following uniform standards, safety rules, and Indiana labor law compliance, with duties ranging from sanitation to replenishing utensils for servers.

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• Chemical handling as per company video; communicate effectively; follow company rules.

Responsibilities

• General kitchen, back of house cleanliness, removes all garbage and boxes.
• Dishwashing / pot washing.
• Floor sanitation.
• Cleaning maintenance on all kitchen equipment and return to proper place.
• Follows direction of lead kitchen utility / executive kitchen steward at all times.
• Transports food from ship to shore and vice versa.
• Assists receiving in putting food products away.
• Assists buffet attendants and servers in replenishing clean dishes and silverware.
• Wears appropriate uniform - white shirt & pants, apron, GVC ball cap or hair net, slip resistant shoes, name badge, and gaming badge.
• If Team Member is a minor, must adhere to all Indiana Labor Laws.
