Job summary

QVC Group is seeking a Kitchen Utility/Dishwasher to support the studio kitchen in daily operations and ensure cleanliness and sanitation. The role reports to the Studio Kitchen Supervisor and requires communicating needs and maintenance needs daily.

Responsibilities include overseeing cleaning of equipment, maintaining cleanliness of workspaces, and assisting in inventory and cost-reduction efforts. Flexible schedule with evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a diverse kitchen environment.
• Availability of at least 20 hours per week.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be available Tuesday night to Wednesday morning and Saturday night to Sunday morning (peak food days).

• Support the Inventory Control Chief by breaking down daily inventory deliveries and properly wrapping and storing supplies.

The Kitchen Utility/Dishwasher supports QVC and HSN in the studio kitchen and is responsible for kitchen organization, cleanliness and sanitation. The role reports to the Studio Kitchen Supervisor and involves daily communication regarding kitchen activities, needs, and maintenance.

Schedule and Hours

Primarily scheduled on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Wednesdays during afternoons and overnight hours. Mondays and Tuesdays are typical days off unless overtime is offered.
