Responsibilities

• Washing, sanitizing, and maintenance of food production equipment & service ware as scheduled by the supervisor.
• Removal of trash and waste to a designated location.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area per health, safety and food handling regulations.
• Receive, unpack, rotate, and store deliveries into appropriate refrigerators/freezers/storerooms as directed by supervisor.
