Job summary

Windsor Run by Erickson Senior Living is a beautiful continuing care retirement community in Matthews, North Carolina. We are seeking team members for utility and dishwashing roles to keep our kitchen and dining services running smoothly.

You will contribute to efficiency and culinary quality while becoming a vital part of a dynamic dining team. The position offers starting pay at $15.00 per hour, with PTO, benefits, on-site medical centers, a 401(k) with a 3% company match, and growth

Qualifications

• Prior service and/or kitchen experience is highly preferred
• Ability to follow written instructions and schedules; lift/move objects up to 25 pounds
• Ability to work weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional organization and cleanliness for kitchen, dining and storage areas, equipment, and food preparation areas
• Support stock/utility team members with inventory, receiving, verification, stocking, and tracking
• Work safely using designated safety equipment, including PPE
