Job summary

Flik Hospitality Group in Chicago is hiring a full-time Food Service Utility at Katten Chicago, 525 West Monroe Street. You’ll maintain clean kitchen areas, stock and sanitize surfaces, and assist with basic prep while following safety standards.

The schedule is Monday to Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, with online applications only. Pay ranges from $20.00 to $21.00 per hour, plus perks like free meals and uniforms and an internal referral bonus.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience required.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors to safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and dispose of it properly; clean garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assist with banquet table and front-of-house setup.
• Assist with loading/unloading and delivering supplies and products.
• Distribute supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.
• Comply with sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
