Qualifications

• Previous dishwashing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sweeps and mops floors to maintain sanitation standards.
• Washes work tables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other prep surfaces.
• Removes trash and disposes of it properly.
• Transfers supplies between storeroom and work areas.
• Assists with banquet table and front-of-house setup.
• Assists with loading/unloading and deliveries of supplies and product.
• Distributes supplies and equipment as needed.
• Complies with sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
