Job summary

Cogir Senior Living in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking a Kitchen Utility Associate (Dishwasher) to support the culinary team by keeping pots, pans, and dishware clean for residents. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, maintain sanitation, and assist with supplies to ensure smooth meal service.

Ideal candidates have 6–12 months of kitchen support experience or experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality, and can lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Food Handler Card is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Ensure all cleaned items are dried and stored properly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area (sweeping/mopping).
• Remove trash, recycling, and food waste to keep the kitchen organized.
• Clean mats and garbage pails; sanitize food prep surfaces and storage areas.
• Assist kitchen staff during meal prep and service by replenishing supplies.
• Resupply chemicals, towels, and soap dispensers for sanitary operations.
