Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Kitchen Utility Associate (Dishwasher) for a community restaurant in Fountain Hills. You will help ensure our culinary team has clean pots and dishware to deliver meals to residents, starting the dining experience with you.

The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintain cleanliness, and support the kitchen team. Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, are available in this senior living setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food Handler Card a plus.
• 6–12 months of dishwasher or kitchen support experience is a plus.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality settings desirable.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment according to established protocols.
• Ensure all cleaned items are properly dried and stored in their designated areas.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sweeping and mopping floors.
• Promptly remove trash, recycling, and food waste to keep the kitchen organized and clutter-free.
• Clean mats and garbage pails.
• Clean and sanitize food preparation surfaces, storage areas, and kitchen equipment as needed.
• Support the kitchen staff during meal preparation and service by replenishing supplies and equipment.
• Resupply chemicals, towel dispensers, and soap dispensers are required for sanitary operations.
