Join Our Kitchen Team at Sbarro Pizza (Bristow, OK) - KGS Operations

We are seeking enthusiastic kitchen team members, preferably with restaurant or pizza experience, to join our team at Sbarro Pizza located in DAK's Market.

This role offers lifelong skills, a competitive hourly wage, and benefits for full-time employees. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will provide excellent service in a clean, safe, and friendly environment. While each team member is hired for specific duties (such as Server/Cashier, Pizza Maker, Steam Cook/Prep, Dishwasher), flexibility and cross-training are encouraged to support sales volume fluctuations and station responsibilities.

Responsibilities include:
  • Preparing food according to recipes and safety standards
  • Managing pizza production based on sales volume
  • Communicating effectively with team members and management about food inventory and quality
  • Cleaning and stocking duties as per daily procedures
  • Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Following food safety time and temperature controls
  • Serving customers, suggesting purchases, and ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Maintaining product knowledge and presentation standards
  • Using equipment and utensils properly, ensuring food quality and presentation
  • Assisting team members as needed
  • Performing other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
  • Ability to follow health and safety laws and procedures
  • Ability to deliver orders within time goals
  • Prolonged standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Effective use of kitchen knives and equipment
  • Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing)
  • Basic math skills for cash handling
