About Rosie's Mexican Cantina

Rosie’s Mexican Cantina – University Drive is a locally owned restaurant with over 30 years of serving great food in a fun and fast‑paced kitchen environment.

What You’ll Do

• Prep ingredients and follow recipes
• Cook, grill, sauté, fry, and plate dishes accurately
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and sanitized
• Assist with dishwashing and general cleaning
• Maintain speed and consistency during busy shifts
• Work closely with kitchen and service teams
• Follow all food safety and health guidelines
