Position Summary

The Kitchen Team Member provides quality service and consistent products, assisting with daily kitchen operations and upkeep.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Ensure the availability of clean dishes by washing dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glassware.
  • Assist cooks and prepare food.
  • Serve food in proper portion sizes and at correct temperatures.
  • Maintain the appearance of all equipment and serving counters.
  • Manage inventory in the stockroom.
  • Clean the kitchen area before and after business hours.
  • Sanitize and store pots, pans, utensils, and dishes.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
  • Availability on weekends, nights, and some weekdays.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Prior experience in the food industry preferred.
Working Conditions and Physical Demands
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to tolerate extreme temperatures.
  • Significant standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
