Job summary

Viva Chicken, Inc. in Charlotte, NC is hiring experienced line cooks with weekend availability. Our kitchens are the heartbeat of the restaurant, where recipes and standards meet teamwork and speed.

You’ll prepare and cook menu items, handle daily prep, and help keep the kitchen clean and organized. We offer competitive hourly pay, immediate hiring with training, free meals, daily pay options, early nights, and growth opportunities.

• ServSafe certification is a plus.

• Complete daily prep tasks including cutting, portioning, cooking, and stocking.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines.
• Support teammates across the kitchen to keep service running smoothly.
• Take pride in consistency, quality, and attention to detail.
