Viva Chicken in Utah is hiring Team Members with open availability. Our Back of the House team keeps the kitchen running with passion and precision, preparing fresh Peruvian flavors and maintaining high standards while working with a supportive, respectful crew. You’ll prepare and cook menu items, handle prep tasks, keep a clean and safe kitchen, and follow health guidelines.

What You\u2019ll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items following Viva Chicken recipes and standards
• Complete daily prep tasks including cutting, portioning, cooking, and stocking

What We\u2019re Looking For

• A positive attitude and a strong sense of teamwork
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Dependability, accountability, and respect for your craft
• Commitment to cleanliness, organization, and food safety
• Ability to stand, reach, bend, lift, and carry throughout a shift
• Kitchen experience is helpful but not required. We provide training
• ServSafe certification is a plus
• Must be at least 16 years old
