Love's Travel Stops is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, keep the deli area stocked, and maintain a clean, welcoming space for guests. You’ll interact with a diverse range of customers and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

No experience is required; we will teach you. You will prepare deli items, assist with coffee and fountain areas, and support other team members as needed. This role offers growth opportunities and on-site training.

Responsabilidades

• Provide general customer service, answer questions about menu, assist deli team in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars.
• Prepare deli products per guides: salads, fresh-cut fruit, sandwiches, wraps, parfait cups, etc.
• Follow company policies to maintain proper food safety conditions.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed (Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Maintenance, Leadership).
• Move and lift 25+ pounds; work in various temperatures.

As a Kitchen Team Member, your role goes beyond daily tasks. You will interact with people from all walks of life, brightening their day with top-notch customer service and maintaining a clean, stocked deli area. No experience? No problem! We will teach you!

Job Functions:

• General customer service duties including, but not limited to, answering questions about menu offerings, and addressing customer needs. Additionally, assisting store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
• Accurately prepare deli products as instructed in designated preparation guides to include salads, fresh-cut fruit, cold/hot sandwiches and wraps, parfait cups, etc.
• Use a variety of methods and technologies to ensure we follow company policies and procedures to maintain proper food safety conditions.
• Additional duties could include cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds. Ability to work in various temperatures.
