Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to provide friendly customer service and maintain a clean, stocked deli area. No experience is required—we will teach you and train you to serve fresh options throughout each shift.

You will prepare deli items, assist with coffee and fountain bars, and support cross-training in other store roles. You must be able to lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures as needed.

• General customer service duties and ability to assist deli and coffee/bar areas.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds and work in various temperatures.
• Willingness to cross-train in other store roles.

As a Kitchen Team Member, your role goes beyond daily tasks. You will interact with people from all walks of life, brightening their day with top-notch customer service and maintaining a clean, stocked deli area. No experience? No problem! We will teach you!

Job Functions:

• General customer service duties including, but not limited to, answering questions about menu offerings, and addressing customer needs. Additionally, assisting store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
• Accurately prepare deli products as instructed in designated preparation guides to include salads, fresh-cut fruit, cold/hot sandwiches and wraps, parfait cups, etc.
• Use a variety of methods and technologies to ensure we follow company policies and procedures to maintain proper food safety conditions.
• Additional duties could include cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds. Ability to work in various temperatures.
