Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking Kitchen Team Associates to help cook delicious food and maintain top cleanliness standards for guests. Training is provided if you have no prior experience, with growth opportunities into management. We offer a strong team environment and Panda Cares community involvement.

Role includes serving guests, handling payments, maintaining cleanliness, and working across front counter, drive-through, or kitchen as needed. A supportive, fast-paced team awaits you.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be friendly and helpful to guests and coworkers.
• Operations experience is a plus.
• Some high school is acceptable for consideration.
• Food Handler certification may be required depending on local requirements, acquired at employee expense.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional dining experience to Guests – Greeting Guests, Serving food and handling payments at cash register
• Maintains the cleanliness and appearance of the store
• Follows Operations Standards and Safety Procedure to serve fresh and quality food
• Works efficiently in fast paced kitchen environment, and may work at different positions – Front counter, Drive Through or Kitchen
• Work effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a fun, positive environment.
