Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking Back of House Team Members to join a fast-paced restaurant team. You will prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and to Chick-fil-A standards.

Be knowledgeable of all kitchen stations, stock inventory, keep the kitchen neat, and stay up-to-date with new products. A positive, reliable attitude and the ability to multi-task are essential.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older
• Full-time availability, willing and able to work flexible schedule
• Available to work at least two Saturdays per month

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A policies and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
