Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be coachable and learn Chick-fil-A’s standards of hospitality.
• Basic mathematical and portioning skills.
• ServSafe/Food Handlers card required within first week.

Responsibilities

• Complete tasks to ensure products and guest experience align with our culture and brand.
• Communicate clearly with fellow team members and leaders.
• Stand for periods of up to 3.5 hours in length.
• Maintain a sanitary and safe restaurant environment.
• Greet guests courteously and assist in fast-paced service.
• Unloading deliveries and proper storage, lifting up to 45 pounds.
