Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Tampa is seeking a Back of House Team Member to support high standards of service in a fast-paced environment. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with weekends and Sundays off as part of our flexible schedule.

You will prepare, cook, and present food to Chick-fil-A standards, rotate through stations, and help keep the kitchen clean and organized while learning from experienced Operators and restaurant leaders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of assignments for all kitchen stations
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on changes
• Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
