Chick-fil-A Murfreesboro is hiring for Kitchen Team Members in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will join a Back of House team that prepares high-quality food with care, consistency, and urgency.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds regularly.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Quality Food per Chick-fil-A standards for quality, freshness, and consistency.
• Master Kitchen Stations across breading, fries, food prep, assembly, and boards.
• Work with urgency to keep orders moving during busy times.
• Maintain food safety through proper handling, sanitation, temperature control.
• Keep the kitchen ready by restocking supplies and completing opening/closing/cleaning tasks.
• Protect equipment and report maintenance or safety concerns.
