Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Back of House Team Member to provide exceptional dining experiences and support the restaurant team in Missouri. The role includes food preparation, assembly, and adherence to Chick-fil-A standards while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Full-time and part-time opportunities are available; you will work with experienced Operators and Leaders to grow professionally, with Sundays closed and a supportive, people-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Stay up-to-date with new products and changes from Chick-fil-A.
