Job summary

Chick-fil-A Beechwood is seeking a Back of House Team Member to help deliver signature Chick-fil-A service in a fast-paced kitchen. You will prep, cook, assemble and present food while adhering to safety and quality standards.

The role offers a full-time schedule with benefits, training from experienced operators, growth opportunities and a scholarship program for college students. Sundays are closed, with a focus on teamwork and personal development.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Stay up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues
• Complete opening/closing tasks and follow dress code
• Other duties as assigned
