Chick‑fil‑A is hiring Back of House Team Members to work in restaurants operated by independent Owner/Operators. You will prepare, cook, and present food to Chick‑fil‑A standards while delivering a friendly dining experience.

This position offers both full-time and part-time schedules, with opportunities for growth and development, plus a supportive leadership team and a focus on teamwork and excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Stay current with new Chick-fil-A products and updates.
• Operate safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues.
• Complete in-house training and adapt to changes.
• Handle opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code.
