Chick-fil-A Gainesville (TX) is seeking team members to learn how to prepare quality food while working with a team that values care, teamwork, and doing things well. You'll receive training, build kitchen skills, and have opportunities to grow as you show consistency and take on more responsibility.

Work alongside a team of 90+ to serve guests with speed, accuracy, and care. Follow high standards around food safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment with state of the art equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 or older
• Must be available to work on Saturday
• Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace--hustle is a must!
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
• Positive attitude, coachable
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

Responsabilités

• Serve guests with speed, accuracy, and care.
• Prepare and assemble menu items according to restaurant procedures.
• Follow high standards around food safety, quality, and cleanliness.
• Maintain organized workstations and supplies.
• Receive coaching and learn additional kitchen positions.
• Enhance guest experience with attentive service and understanding of guests' needs.
• Work in a fast-paced, upbeat environment with state-of-the-art equipment.
• Opportunity for leadership development including Team Leader roles.
