Chick-fil-A Gainesville (TX) is seeking energetic team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences across front counter, dining room, and drive-thru. You’ll rotate through multiple positions, learn core service skills, and grow with our restaurant family.

We value teamwork, a positive attitude, coachability, and reliability. Must be 16 or older with availability on Saturdays; Sundays off is offered at this location, along with free meals during your shifts and scholarship opportunities for

Qualifications

Must be 16 or older.
Available to work Saturdays.
Able to work at a quick, thorough pace—hustle is a must!
Team-oriented, dependable, and strong work ethic.
Positive attitude, coachable.
Able to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming, caring experience for every guest at the front counter, in the dining room, and drive-through.
Learn multiple positions while supporting accurate orders, efficient service, and a clean restaurant.
Communicate with teammates and follow restaurant procedures.
Receive coaching and build skills for future growth opportunities.
Enhance guest experience with attentive service and personalized interactions.
