Job summary

Malco Theatres - Powerhouse Cinema Grill & MXT in Memphis, TN is seeking Kitchen Staff for both full-time and part-time roles. The position pays $13.50 to $14.00 per hour and involves a wide range of food preparation and delivery duties.

Responsibilities include following established policies for food prep, restocking supplies, cleaning and sanitizing kitchen areas, maintaining health code standards, and communicating kitchen needs to management. Interactions with patrons are expected as needed.

Qualifications

• The Kitchen Staff will perform a wide range of duties of food preparation and delivery.
• Food prep following established policies.
• Restock supplies and food items as needed.
• Cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the kitchen, including washing dishes, cooking equipment, cleaning floors, sanitizing countertops and cutting boards.
