Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

The Bartender will prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to patrons, oversee the stock of liquor and bar supplies, and collect money for drinks served.

Duties

• Provides excellent customer service and remains attentive to patrons' needs.
• Receives orders from patrons and waitstaff.
• Maintains the bar/café area and keeps it clean and organized.
• Keeps bar stocked with supplies.
• Ensures that customers are of legal drinking age by checking photo IDs.
• Ensures that fruit and other garnishes are prepared ahead of opening of the bar.
• Collects money from customers for drinks prepared and served.
• Performs other related duties as required.
